What Astro Assist is, and is not

Astro Assist computes real astronomical positions and applies the classical rules of electional and horary astrology to help you reflect on timing and decisions. It is a tool for self-knowledge and discipline.

It is not professional advice. It does not replace a lawyer, a doctor, a financial or tax advisor, a therapist, or your own judgment. Astrology is a tradition of meaning, not a science of prediction, and we do not present it as one. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome. The law, your doctors, and your duties always come before anything the app suggests.

Use it for good, or not at all

You agree not to use Astro Assist to plan, time, or further any harm to a person or animal, any crime, any harassment, stalking or surveillance of another person, or anything involving a minor inappropriately. The app screens for this and will refuse. These limits have no exceptions.

If you are in crisis, please reach out to a real person or a crisis line. The app will point you to help, but it is not a substitute for it.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter and for keeping your account secure. How we handle your data is covered in the Privacy Policy. You own your data and may export or delete it at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

Astro Assist is free to begin. Paid tiers are billed through the app store you purchased on, or through our web payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time through your app store account or your account settings. Prices and what each tier includes are shown on the pricing page. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right stands.

The honest limits of liability

The app is provided as is. We work hard to make the astronomy precise and the readings faithful to the tradition, but we cannot promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions you make. You use your own judgment, and you act at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Astro Assist after a change means you accept it.
